  2. Sadly hate speech is protected under the First Amendment so if he wants to weaponize the Constitution just remember there are many other things under the first amendment that can be weaponized! Freedom of expression, freedom of religion, freedom of assembly, freedom of peaceful protest, just a name a few. All of them need to go!
