I think how fast a country can rebound from COVID lockdown (outside of government aid) might be determined on what type of economy it has with manufacturing responding quickest (since orders backlog keeps growing) and international travel the slowest. I think I saw those countries (not including developed countries) that depend on travel openings up the fastest.

  2. I have close friends in Wuhan (from living there many years but not during COVID) who suspects that the numbers are much higher from personal observation.
