  1. Standardized Exams are still the most fair way in China. Otherwise corrupt teachers/administrators might get bribed to handout better grades to certain students parents that bribed them.

  3. In competitive industries it is impossible since that company will be overtaken by some other company. That’s why unions mostly in government or protected industries (like sports).
