@Steven-xf8mz fwiw maybe they are subsidizing now but when I lived there until right before virus their electricity and gasoline prices were always higher then in Los Angeles. Not sure the reason though.

@Steven-xf8mz I remember a couple years ago comparing the electricity (per watt) and gasoline prices paid andI found it was cheaper in Los Angeles then Wuhan China. It might have changed since then though.
