  5. When the economy gets worse. The gap between the rich and poor is great in China so the government wouldn’t want to show to masses what they can’t get.

  6. The more the economy is bad off the more any government afraid of showing the differences between the rich and the poor. China even banned the billboards of luxury homes before. I don’t think China’s economy is any better or worse then most countries.
