  37. These members are on average higher income then the general population. Sometimes I see products on sale at other stores slightly lower priced but these higher income people donā€™t want to and donā€™t have time to look for them.

  41. In the short term this is bad for Chinas economy but for longer term it is good so that more people can afford to afford to purchases place to live and to have more children if they wish. Not certain that they will be willing to sustain the policy though (of not inflating the economy again).
