  1. In the short term this is bad for Chinas economy but for longer term it is good so that more people can afford to afford to purchases place to live and to have more children if they wish. Not certain that they will be willing to sustain the policy though (of not inflating the economy again).

  2.  @zenoblues7787  But is it better to inflate the bubble even more so one day the downturn will be even worse? The government of course hopes to keep the property prices stable which of course still means it is declining in relation to inflation.
