  1. The thing that hooks most people now to Costco is Gasoline. The higher the prices at least in California the longer the line (out of parking lot & down the long block).

  2. These members are on average higher income then the general population. Sometimes I see products on sale at other stores slightly lower priced but these higher income people don’t want to and don’t have time to look for them.
