  1. But Taiwan is much older and wealthier/educated/urban which might be hinder a resistance in comparison to Ukraine. My parents is from there and many relatives still live there. I wish Taiwan well but there is both positives & negatives in comparison to Ukraine in resistance to war.

  3.  @John77Doe  I heard that China didn’t have much of a navy after the China civil war to invade Taiwan where the retreating KMT army went for its last stand. My Grandfather was a general for the KMT so was able to take his entire family to Taiwan.

  4. Don’t know if Fog would be much of a issue since for the landing crafts can be automatically programmed. As for actually fighting it would hinder both sides.
