  1. The name of this channel literally implies the lack of aesthetics in "modern" architecture as an art form. Now the functional side of architecture is always subject of debates for sure.

  2. The reliance to CAD straight away is what caused the demise of aesthetics in the first place, so starting first to master the arts of drawing by hand sounds like the best approach. The challenge of our generation is to finally get CAD to comply with those styles which is still being explored by current architects as this is not a technically easy task to get right.
