I think that Yugoslavia solved it in the best way, in our buildings there were apartments of 86 to 100 quality, which meant 3 to 4 rooms, a living room, a kitchen and a dining room. Both the school and the ambulance were 5 minutes from the apartments. Large parks and playgrounds for children have created athletes like Novak Djokovic and others, this was best demonstrated in Belgrade, where life is still very similar to what it was 50 years ago!!!
