  1. I don't think this should be a topic, the S 400 is just part of Russian air defense and as a segment it is very good. Since besides the S 400 there are always Buk m2 - 3, Tor m2 or Pantsir and often there are S 300 V4 4,000 as well as S 350 and finally with 500 and S 550, which means that they have a whole range of networked systems that act as one. Not to mention a huge number of old systems such as with 300 pmu 2 and even modernized with 125 that shot down the F 117 and there are indications that it shot down the I B 2 in 1999 in Serbia.

  2. And what does that change? Has the entire West been preparing one of the best armies in the world for more than 8 years? And did the Russians manage to enter Ukraine and protect the Russian population? And as for the missiles how much did Russia shoot down stprmshedpv or Himars missiles and how much did the West do when Russia attacked at the depth of its territory? How much did the West destroy the S 400 systems and did Russia destroy the first one it went after? All in All in Ukraine is all of the weapons that the West possesses and on the other hand there is only one A country that in 2019 and announced the completion of the modernization of its army for 2024 here.
