DEI is so much more than a make work program - there's literally billions of dollars tied to it in various ESG forms, etc. And it's correct to say it's not strictly Marxist, but only low resolution people are saying that, the original case is a neo-Marxism which is an accurate description of the phenonmenon. As is the identification of the religious architecture of DEI. Society does NOT have good tools to remove brainwashing once it's been done.
