It's a mischaracterization to say "the state couldn't get it together". The Prosecutors broke the law to help Smollett. And yet, once again, victimhood reigns.

@Calibrex_Gaming [Nothing to do with victumhood , it’s all about what the right couldn’t do] 1.He pretended to be a victim of a hate crime. 2.He pretended to be the victim of the charge of hoax was because he was gay and not because there was merit to the charge. 3.Upon conviction he again claimed he was a victim of the justice system, even though all the evidence pointed to the rules bending to benefit him. 4.He claimed he was the victim of mistreatment and a double jeopardy violation and the state Supreme Court sided with him. This has everything to with victimhood, but I expect a comment as idiotic as yours from someone that can't even spell the word.
