@wassisname69maybe53 These guys are used to lying all the time about all kinds of things without consequence. Are we really surprised? They would make the same lame excuses to get around any claims of malice even if it involves a "reckless disregard for the truth". Reckless disregard for the truth is literally their business model!

@Nightfighter82 I think challenging but not impossible. As you say, the challenge is to actually get to the trial, and have it ruled by a jury. Getting past the dismissal phase would already be a victory.
