Ron DeSantis is the establishment pick, so it's no surprise that they want to support him while dumping on Vivek. Even though FOX has recently been going at DeSantis because he hasn't preformed the way they want, Vivek is a non-starter for the establishment, and a clear threat to DeSantis.

Because they're doing what establishment has always done - try to find the right charismatic candidate that will get you to believe their lies. But the lies don't change because their establishment, neocon goals don't change. So the only thing that can ever change is the packaging and the messaging.

@loganleroy8622 DeSantis clearly had the support of billionaires (in this case I believe the Koch brothers) and Fox News and took up positions in line with the establishment. If you are a willing puppet of the establishment, you are establishment. The fact that they turned on him when he didn't perform is not proof that he is not establishment, it's proof that the corporate donor class is fickle.

@EarnestWilliamsGeofferic "They" are the neocon establishment liars you listen to and believe. They're the ones that initiated and planned the coup of Ukraine in 2014 and started this whole road to war, blaming Russia the whole time and lying about Ukraine's chance to win the war. They also told you Iraq had weapons of mass destruction. Do you still believe that one?
