  2. Outnumbered really did their viewers a disservice with this segment. They glossed over the most evil part. The book teaches children they can't trust their own parents. That if parents make a decision to not share information based on age appropriateness it's because those parents are hiding things from their children and lying to them. Therefore, kids shouldn't trust what their parents say. This effects all parents, just not white ones.
