Knowing someone's sexual orientation has nothing to do with work, and my employer doesn't need to know the state of an employee's sexual status. In the unlikely event of an "office" romance, super straight can quickly and easily decide if they're interested in any potential partner. For a super straight male, for examlpe, having someone tell you they are anything other than cis-female is all you need to know they're not for you.

State actors and media have proven their true allegiance isn't to Americans but to foreign powers, whether they be Ukraine or Israel. Bi-partisan support just passed a law eviscerating the 4th amendment, and now you have police and state troopers cracking down on students exercising their 1st amendment rights. Where did these police get their training? Israel. Who do we see propagandizing on TV? Jonathan Greenblatt of the ADL saying that students are actually terrorists. And Jeremy believes the propaganda, hook line and sinker, because he hates the blue hairs.

Feige said he thought the reveal of Thanos was too early and he didn't want to give as much guidance as we've had in the past. So ask yourself - what is the direction of phase 4? Do we even know? There might be something worth getting excited about, but they won't tell us. Apparently the phase 4 plan is to kill excitement before we move on to phase 5.

  22.  @checkyoursixgaming  I haven't watched the final two episodes yet, but the only retcon I can see so far is the trans character they created that has nothing to do with the baseball that they decided to shoe horn into the storyline. The black character never joins the team to play in any of the episodes I've watched. So unless it happens in the final two episodes (and I doubt Jeremy has watched any) that part is just wrong. The black character has her own storyline during the series where she tries to join the companies all-male team but that's a corporate team that has nothing to do with the all-american women's team (and doesn't succeed in eps 1-6).

Yes any interactions they had with the actual baseball team was likely limited, if it happened at all. And that's actually reflected in the show, for the most part although they did take a few moments of artistic license. But at no time does the series insinuate black women played on the all-american women's team. And although there's no evidence of a trans person, they likely did exist. Yes, it's a woke shoe horn, but it's not a retcon because they're not implying anything changed in the actual story. However, the fact that there were Lesbians in the All-American baseball team that we're talking about is indisputable. Many of the players directly involved acknowledged many years later. One of the women didn't come out until age 93. It's not retconning to acknowledge that these things happened but were hidden from view.

  24.  @jacobyrassilon  Yes, I agree that 90% does seem high, but then, I didn't personally talk to the actual ball players (the show runners claimed they did). On a personal note, and I realize this is anecdotal, but my mother played ball. And she told me many times how shocked she was at the number of lesbians (closeted or otherwise). She told me there were virtually no heterosexual women on the ball team she played on or on any of the teams she played against. She didn't care because she was there to play ball, but judging from my own personal experience, it seems just as likely as not that this might actually be true.

  32. Kentaro Mirua was notorious for taking large breaks in between chapters. He'd produce one chapter and then take a break for 3 months (or longer) and then do it all again. Fans never cared. We were always ready to scoop up the latest issue no matter what. How many artists/books can say that the appetite for their stuff didn't diminish even after long breaks in between content?

Jail time doesn't make people more empathetic, and that's what's required. Community service in an animal shelter would be a better fit.

They steal resources of other nations too weak to defend against them, they kill children when they need a body count to pad their war victories, they allow journalists to be jailed and killed, and they put US servicemen and women intentionally in danger, even get them killed, so they can use their deaths in yet another cynical geopolitical strategy and on and on. I could write a book about all the things the US is responsible for. But when mass murder has being funded by the US, and the students want to make a statement by switching out the US flag with the Palestinian one, all you want to do is virtue signal and wax philosophically about values that have already been betrayed and is the very thing the students are protesting against. You're on the wrong side. Period.
