  1. I think that's true to a certain extent, but exposure certainly helps. She's right in saying that streaming films don't get the same exposure as theatrical ones. And that's a shame for the rare gems that are out there.

She-Hulk actually always DID have more control over her transformations then the Hulk. But it was because her power was a derivation of Hulk's (which also meant she wasn't as strong). It had nothing to do with mansplaining or such nonsense. But people still think her control difference in a Mary Sue thing when it's not.

The legal breakdowns from actual lawyers that I've seen said that if you have an understanding of what something means from previous practice, you don't need the kind of explicit language you're talking about. Disney is insisting explicit language is necessary. Johanssen's contract DID have language that her bonus was tied to film release numbers and didn't explicitly say theatrical numbers only - as Disney has asserted.
