No one in leadership pushing forever war cares about the USA or Americans at all. You're incredibly gullible to have fallen for their lies.
1
What people don't understand is that the government loves a big tech monopoly. Makes it easier to spy on its own citizens. This is huge win for those that actually care about what the Constitution says and don't just pay lip service to it.

@ComposedSage75 I think my real thoughts are a bit more nuanced for the internet. There are excellent films made as an original for streaming services, so she's wrong that they're bad, unless she meant "fake" as in the Scorcese way of thinking ("not real cinema" - whatever that means). However, I think her point that streaming films, especially the well made ones, don't get as much exposure as theatrical releases is dead on.

Going to take a lot more than the drop we saw to indicate a total loss of faith. Dropping to May levels isn't much. We'll have to see a lot more to see a real crash.
1
This is the greatest exposure of poor scholarship since the Grievance Studies Project.
1
It's very similar to a company years ago that sold plots of land on the moon. Not sure what people actually thought they were buying.
1
BTW, Kamikoto is a scam - they're actually Chinese knives.
1
Who cares? Everything points to an inappropriate conversation that went exactly nowhere.
1
It'll be interesting to see how many from the Me Too movement suddenly don't believe these women.
1
Genius. Now tell everyone what happens when everything is automated?
1
Definitely your dumbest take in quite a while. The plan was ALWAYS automation. The increase in wages didn't effect that at all, except to maybe to accelerate it, but NOT asking for a wage increase wouldn't have stopped it, which you are implying.
1
@freedustin It'll work the same way, though.
1
About as hilarious as claiming you had your eye poked out with a Palestinian flag, only to show up on FOX news completely unmarred?
1
She doesn't just bash YouTubers, she attacks actual journalists like Glenn Greenwald. She just needs to go to that retirement home where she can mask all day if she wants.
1
Scoobie, Dooby Doo.. how offended are you? We got some cancelling to do now.
1
This is what clout chasing gets you. Add in lazy, corrupt authorities, and you can be sure the only reason she's facing any charges is because the cops there can't be bothered to actually find the others.
1
Much as I'm not a fan of Sarah Silverman, the blackface dig is a low blow. That's exactly the kind of decontextualization the cancel mob always uses. The actual joke is complex and KNOWS blackface is bad - which is exactly the point. Sorry to those that can't appreciate a joke that requires an IQ above 10.
1
She doesn't change the battery in her detector because she doesn't know how. She's got people for that.
1
@NerdlySquared No, they were. They just thought it was all real.
1
The fact that this guy keeps on getting off suggests he might be an informant. Wouldn't be the first time.
1
@TheQuartering Re: these idiots on twitter, are we sure these aren't kids? This guilt by association they-dated-once-upon-a-time nonsense seems very Jr. High to me.
1
These are the kind people that preoccupy themselves with "misinformation" without realizing they've been lied to.

As a Canadian it seems to me to be more political posturing then true threat. As an American of course you'd be suspicious of something like this, but the reality is this seems like an extension of already existing Canadian policy, and therefore, there is no reason to think this will suddenly become a suppressive force (although the potential is always there). This kind of legislation has less to do with controlling freedoms and more to do with protecting Canadian industry - especially arts and entertainment (you can disagree with that, but that's another conversation then this one). It's good to push back and make sure the language and impact of the new legislation is understood, but I'm largely unconcerned as it seems more like fear mongering to me. If things truly play out like the Bogeyman they're making this out to be, we'll see a dramatic increase in VPNs and more legislation down the road that will be far more invasive then C-10.
1
There's an Australian show that is basically what you described (World's End Harem) although not softcore porn. It's called "Creamerie". Edit: I guess it's from New Zealand, not Australia.
1
It's hard out there for a pimp.
1
This season has been shockingly cringe. We saw some of the it in the Goldolkin spin off, but now it's really showing in the main show too. Erip Kripke is a hack. If the source material wasn't so strong, The Boys never would have had success.
1
All of the people involved in this decision should be fired effective immediately. They are too politically compromised to make professional opinions. Even if JP successfully fends this off because he's got enough clout and there's enough public outrage, what about the people that don't have the same level of name recognition? This is exactly what happened to scientists and medical experts that had a difference of opinion with the government's stance on covid.
1
I'll never understand how Hollywood switched from contracting actors to upsell the movie they're in to whatever kind of marketing strategy they're employing now. What's it called? The "We Don't Need to be in Business" Marketing Strategy?
1
Sooo we have one He-man series that isn't for He-man fans. But now we have ANOTHER He-man series, that isn't for He-man fans. I sense a trend.
1
I fear that they won't move on and will just bring it up at a later date when they think they can get away with it. You might want to make an example of someone so that the others know you're serious rather than letting them all off by just deleting their tweets. I would suggest a "journalist" as they are the ones most likely to spread the lies.
1
@ckobo84 Yep, and he wasn't actually shooting at him, he was just sending lead souvenirs as gifts, even if his method was unorthodox. He's a genuine fan!
1
Nope, Viva was right. Watch the longer clip when they all sit down.
1
It won't truly be over until the people at the top are fired. Let's not forget they thought this woke propaganda was good business sense. Such a serious impairment in judgement can't remain in the driver's seat.
1
So the "proof" of the FOX success after the departure of Tucker is Media Matters? Wow. Do people not know what Media Matters is?
1
Too bad you didn't watch the SNL episode (or talked to someone that did) because then you would know they bashed JK Rowling as a "transphobe" in the Weekend Update segment and none of these white women were outraged about that (even though it's nonsense). The right white people, indeed.
1
To be fair, I can appreciate being irritated at people hating on work you're doing that isn't even finished. Having said that, when I take a bowel movement, I don't need to wait to know what I'm going to wind up with. James Mangold actually has a long history of good movies. One hit wonder he is not. I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt in this case but it definitely seems like he deck is stacked against him with this film.
1
She's probably a sociopath. She knows what the appropriate response is but she can't connect to it herself so she literally needs to lift a performance from something else. Shades of Amber Heard here....
1
An article that promotes the narcissisms of journalists that aren't. Sounds like par for the course. I can't wait for their next article entitled "Pay attention to me, I'm important." Oh wait, that's basically the title of every article they do.
1
"Game JOURNALISTS are terrible people and we should stop being Okay with it" Fixed the headline.
1
The creators basically claimed the Lesbian lifestyle of the players was a prominent part of their life story that needed to be omitted by Peggy Marshall's movie version because at the time there would have been a lack of acceptance. So they wanted to revisit that. Seems to me they did that and then some. Not sure how historically it actually is, though, just that that was the claim of the creators. It's relevant though, if true, to recognize that 90% of the female players at that time were gay in a time when being gay literally meant criminality and arrest (if not worse).
1
It seems there's continued confusion between what makes for an attractive action-oriented superhero, and the "brave, strong, independent" modern "heroes" of domestic social justice. Can't wait for more heroes like Captain Single Mom, The Blue Checkmark - Twitter Fanatic, Race Changing Person, and ROCK. (Oh dear, rock is taken. Thanks, Star Wars.)
1
What kind of sick designs does Kripke have for Zendaya since he thought the whole degeneracy was so funny and Zendaya was the punchline?
1
DeFranco is very susceptible to going along with the group, which is where so many of his bad takes have taken him. If he would just apply a little critical thinking he would avoid most of the stupid things he says, but that's true of most people.
1
I'm genuinely upset about this. Sure, there wasn't much to the show, but it was great FAP material! Oh well, I guess I still have pr0n on the internet.
1
I don't like these extreme leftist idiots either, but you do realize you're literally celebrating the execution of fascism, right?
1
Believe it or not, not everyone that is for the vaccine passport are trying to be political or restrict your freedoms. They genuinely believe it is a health crisis and it's a necessary step to protect the public good. Having said that, I don't know Patton Oswalt well enough to decide which is which in his case.
1
Nick recently defended Project Veritas. Could be that.
1
Funny how the people that were against cancelling are now suddenly for it. Proof they never had values and/or they're just as propagandized as the side they like to criticize.
1
Funny how Foucolt's name keeps coming up as the inspiration for these views, but no one sees a commonality, except academics.
