This guy is a total loser. I went to his channel to see what kind of videos he posts and read the comments. He's just a troll with just over 2K subscribers. Even if you win your case, can the guy afford to cover the court costs? He'll probably claim he can't and the clerk will overturn it even if damages are awarded.
