The reaction of the government suggests this isn't a cyber attack. 1)They've never had a problem blaming an enemy (Russia, China, Iran) for things they haven't even done 2)A false flag is something they WANT people to know about, and they're completely silent on any cyber attack 3)A lone wolf attack might be embarrassing and worth covering up, but there's a better explanation It's another East Palestine. They didn't even want to disclose the toxic substances dumped into the water claiming they were "classified" so they could avoid the news cycle that would ensue from it. Yeah, they're covering things up, but not a cyber attack.
