  1. Gavin Newsom wasn't duped by China. He's still adhering to Agenda 2030 and China has always been part of that strategy (which is why it's doomed to fail). And it's not that Biden isn't meeting with Xi Jinping, Xi Jinping won't meet with Biden. So this a double win for China.
