I'm in the USA, I was born here, I lived here all of my life and I have enjoyed the immigrants who come here. Sometimes they gentrify our towns too. My university has many buildings now with Chinese names. I can see Spanish menus in many places and I have once been to a restaurant with only a Chinese menu! Yes, I needed some help there. 🙂 I really love it and I appreciate those who come here. I am sorry if us Americans are disrupting things in Mexico but I can tell you that they move there because they love Mexico and the Mexican people and culture.

@logand488 True enough but ultimately they help feed the economy and make the country stronger. Over time, it might help create more housing and then make new neighborhoods affordable to locals. It's demoralizing when prices around you go up. I have experienced it a few times and had to move around. So I feel for them but it's a reality for a lot of us.
