@eec4me The pay raise is not something to just throw in a massive stimulus bill. This needs to be properly constructed and passed like every other law. This will be the next big job and when done right it will pass as President Biden has promised.

411Woke Minor correction: US Congress was asked for 8 years, not 4, to reform US immigration by President Obama to which GOP did absolutely nothing because they needed the brown immigrant boogeyman to scare fearful white voters into electing them without merit. Then for 2 years the Republicans under Trump had total power and could reform US immigration will all kinds of xenophobic and racist draconian nonsense but they again did nothing (I guess thank gawd?). Republicans are literally supervillains. I'm voting Blue and I'm going to pick highly qualified, very diverse candidates. If Biden is the guy, fine, he has my vote and donation. After him, I hope we can finally elect a woman. Well, we did once but you know how the EC goes.
