  3. The comments below are blatantly transphobic and coming from people who don't realize that transgender people are everywhere. They're our family, friends, coworkers. Transgender folks have been with us for as long as humanity has existed. Most societies throughout history have had 3rd genders. I think a lot of you are just creeps because you come here to spread hate and misinformation about transgender folks. We don't need any more hate like that- we have all had enough.

  4. You understand that the suicide is caused by the marginalization of transgender American people and their being blocked from care they need to be who they are. Put yourself in their place for a moment: You're a woman, you feel like a woman but what if you were born into a man's body? Really think about that. I'm a straight male and I remember when I was 4 and somebody mistook me for a girl- I felt really offended at 4 years old! That's everyday for transgender folks. Please empathize with them, please give them a break, please vote against these people who make their lives harder for their own political gain.
