  2. Russians are installing puppet leaders throughout Central and Norther Africa. They foment civil wars in order to more fully loot these countries. Russian create civil war, then offer petty "security" to the dictators that they installed. In return, Russia gets to loot the country of all it's resources.   8. The Hill is a Kremlin sleeper outlet, clearly. You cannot have an election in the middle of a hot war where 15% of your voters are under RUSSIAN OCCUPATION. This is unbelievable how The Hill just began going full pro-Kremlin. I recommend just blocking them and only using credible sources to avoid the Russian brainwashing but I can't tell you what to do so good luck.
