The countries signing onto this knowing who Putin is, knowing what dictators are doing, knowing that this is just an attempt by 3 dictators to operate under fewer restrictions from the only forces that can stop them, is really ridiculous. This will all happen BEFORE the NATO sends the long range weapons. The end of Russian imperialism is near and Putin won't be able to starve the world anymore.
