The countries signing onto this knowing who Putin is, knowing what dictators are doing, knowing that this is just an attempt by 3 dictators to operate under fewer restrictions from the only forces that can stop them, is really ridiculous. I say let them do this but block them from the dollar. There's no sense in enabling dictators any further.
