  1. I roast coffee for myself but I share it when I can. I shared some Catuai from Sul de Minas Brazil, natural process, and my boss said "I told you that I don't like flavored coffee!" but she was tasting the natural cocoa, cane sugar flavors. She was always kind of a super taster. My coworker and I just laughed and explained to her that no flavor was added to it. She didn't like the coffee but it told me a lot about single origin coffee. I enjoy it every day!

  3. This is so well done! I love this. However, I have to pushback on the cinnamon segment. I buy all the cinnamon sticks. Every of the cinnamon. I like Ceylon ones too but the flavor is different. The one from China, Vietnam, Indonesia- those are delicious too! It really depends on what you're using it for. There are many things that I would not use Ceylon for.
