  1. This is so well done! I love this. However, I have to pushback on the cinnamon segment. I buy all the cinnamon sticks. Every of the cinnamon. I like Ceylon ones too but the flavor is different. The one from China, Vietnam, Indonesia- those are delicious too! It really depends on what you're using it for. There are many things that I would not use Ceylon for.
