I roast coffee for myself but I share it when I can. I shared some Catuai from Sul de Minas Brazil, natural process, and my boss said "I told you that I don't like flavored coffee!" but she was tasting the natural cocoa, cane sugar flavors. She was always kind of a super taster. My coworker and I just laughed and explained to her that no flavor was added to it. She didn't like the coffee but it told me a lot about single origin coffee. I enjoy it every day!
