I don't understand why MAGA Republicans and their appointed judges love to harm Americans with disinformation but there needs to be policies passed by US Congress to finally put an end to it. Over 1 million Americans died from COVID-19 and many were mislead by the anti-vaccine disinformation.

Facebook by far is a greater threat to the US. It destroyed credible news sources, it handed our data to the Kremlin which in turn used it against our elections, it spreads disinformation, it demotes credible information, it demotes journalism that doesn't pay it. Facebook should be PAYING news companies, not the other way around. TikTok, however, has promoted democracy and factual information- which is ironic, I know, but that's what I have experienced.
