Putin regularly has tantrums. Who cares? Stop talking it. You're just giving the misbehaving child the attention that he wants. Let's instead talk about all the trophy land that Russia must give up when it loses the war that it started in Ukraine and Georgia. Those are the Russian rules of war so we have to follow them- we must take Russian land away.
