@MichaelMayo-yl3in That's because A. It's the most populated state. B. Poor folks are literally sent to California BY RED STATES. Do you know how I know that? Do you? I live in Arkansas. I live in a city that folks in the south think is "liberal" so southern Police in Texas literally give homeless a bus ticket to come here. It's a great scam. It's so stupid people, much like you are right now, will say "sEe! tHe LiBs hAvE mOrE hOmELeSs." It's not the gotcha you think it is. Homeless people go to where there's more opportunity, more wealth, better healthcare, and better people.
