  1. I heard the NHS mails out letters in the mail. Ummm. It should all be on an app. Just a phone app. That's all. Direct paper letters should be an optional thing- even at a cost to the patient. Seems odd but I'm sure UK will sort it all out better than we are over here in the USA.
