  1. It absolutely did not stop "because" of Trump. Russia regrouped with help and confidence from Trump to form the battle plans we see today to further Putin's colonialist goals.

  2.  @Gerrard_Pike2008  True that in 2014 it was weak but it's not now so Russians will have to leave or expect to lose over a million Russians. Already the number of casualties is over 400,000. At least 70,000 Russian invaders are unalive. 3000 tanks, airplanes that cannot be replaced, even a submarine. Russians need to decide whether losing this war and keeping this dictator is worth it.
