  1. I really think CNN rolled the dice on their claims here and misread the General. Clearly Ukraine will win, and will push Russia completely out, but not immediately. Other generals have estimated Russia will be defeated and pushed out by Summer of 2023. Furthermore, Russians do not negotiate unless they're losing but then they come back later, break the negotiations, and try to win again. These needs to be the most complete defeat of Russian history, the negotiations must be such that Russia can never have a military again, and Russians must pay restitutions. Simple.
