For all the criticisms, the CFA Franc has kept their economies stable but the Eco currency and an African central bank could allow the currency to be devalued in order to entice investment from abroad and encourage exports or it could be over-values to promote imports.

  11. ^^ That. Right there. OPEC+ oil is very cheap. Much cheaper to extra than the oil in North America so it all makes sense. Well, there's different grades of oil and I don't know if there is of lithium but yes, these are important nuances.
