  1. I assumed that this was already legal there. Absurd that it wouldn't be... imagine there not being anywhere for people consume alcohol. If you could buy booze but had nowhere to drink it publicly there would be riots. This is a no brainer. And no doubt intentionally legislated in order to suck money out of the public. Typical. Short-sighted greedy bureaucracy trying desperately to cling to the last vestiges of there little prohibition scam instead of having to actually spend their time and effort on fighting actual crime. It's a lot easier to shake down non-violent citizens just trying to smoke a bowl in the crisp mountain air with their friends for their cash than to go after the violent ones I guess.
