  4.  @jimmyzhao2673  Even with "bad-boy" types, I don't think you'll find many women at allthat like the type of bad boy that kills innocent fluffy white puff ball dogs. They like the kind of "bad-boy" that rides a Harley, that challenges authority, does drugs, or things like that. Puppy killers? No.

  5. It takes time to find new officers. Not everybody has time. The police department is probably underfunded, so they can't get around to properly screening and interviewing a new hire.
