I can't stand tipping culture. It's so stupid. The employers should pay their employees for their work. All these restauraneurs are living well off of others, getting others to pay, and for some reason this is standardized in some countries like the USA and Canada. In Japan, a tip is considered an insult because it's saying that the person isn't already doing their best. It's assumed an employee is doing their best.

@Jbgunnerliveshow That makes no sense. You go to a restaurant to relax and eat. You pay money for that. You shouldn't be paying two different people - the cashier and the waiter. You pay the cashier for the whole experience.

@Jbgunnerliveshow The employer should pay the employees, not the customer. You're from a tipping culture, but the whole world isn't like that. Even in tipping cultures, it is understood that the tip is voluntary. A lot of these people that make tips scam the government by not claiming the money they make to pay taxes on. It's not a legitimate way to make money.
