  1. Maybe you should rethink that. You're not taking into consideration the costs. What's good for Las Vegas has destroyed other areas. The whole area where the Colorado River used to empty out is dried up. Think of the natural environment on both sides of the Hoover Dam, and how much was destroyed. Las Vegas isn't sustainable. It's totally dependent on the Hoover Dam. All it would take is a precision terrorist attack to wipe out that dam, and we'll be talking very differently about Las Vegas. Don't think of Vegas as being inspiring, unless you just don't care about the people, animals, plants, and everything else that has paid the price.
