  1. When I was a teen, I lived in Delta. At the time, gas was much cheaper in the USA, so we'd drive down to Point Roberts, which was only about a half hour drive from where we lived. Tons of Canadians did that at the time. Sometimes there would be huge line-ups of cars waiting to get into Pt. Roberts from Canada, basically just for gas. Other times we would drive to Blaine, which was about the same distance. Fun times!

  2. LOL. Latitude, not altitude. Calgary is at a totally different altitude, being much higher. Calgary is at 1045 metres, as it's close to the Rocky Mountains. London is at only 11 metres, being right on the Thames, and not far from the ocean. Learn the words!

Vancouver, Canada, is just north of Washington State, whereas Vancouver, USA, is right at the border between Washington and Oregon, basically a suburb of Portland, Oregon. The Vancouvers are about 500 km away, which is further than the distance between London, UK and Frankfurt, Germany. Anyway, the point is that the narrator of this video was talking about the Vancouver in Canada, yet he didn't note it was in Canada, yet right after that he noted that Calgary was in Canada.

  4.  @Джеклейланд  "America" means "The USA" in North American English. Vancouver, Canada is NOT in America. LOL. You sound European or South American, where people use that word differently. Believe me. If you go to Vancouver, Canada and tell people they're Americans, you might just get a hockey stick in the head. Also, Americans will think you're dumb. In North American English, "The USA" and "America" are interchangeable words. They mean the same thing.
