  2. You're judging people who judge. Anyway, however he was brought up doesn't justify him murdering anyone. Self defense could be an exception.

  3. Don't say "badass". People use that in a positive way to make someone look cool. Murdering isn't cool, even if you were abused and have a big sob story.

In the past, and in a lot of the world today, the public would gladly dispatch him from this life. Nobody wants a murderer on the loose, regardless of age.
