@hughmungus7425 Because the litigation was done in bad faith with bogus allegations that had no truth to them. The people chose lula. You don't have to like their choice, but this is a democracy. And yes bolsonary did foster violence and intimidation and that is not right. Like in the US, Brazilian far right conned their followers into believing lies aboutbtue election. That ain't a good thing either.

Thats awesome, but they should have showcased how work is being done there - just saying you can do it doesn't convince me. I'm sure you can have a meeting, but how easy is it to write things down? Or you could totally discuss a project but can you access your computer in vr and collaborate? I've done it in bigscreen to some extent. You can stream your computer screen and colaborare in real time, but only one person has access to the computer.

@Johanneslol11 This was a terrible presentation. They barely showed what can actually be done. Apparently this supports screen sharing, but idk to what extent it allows you to interact with your and other peoples devices (my guess is that it doesn't allow remote control at all?). Also, I wonder if using this with AR glasses would make it possible for you to actually work on your computer (as opposed to VR where you may be blind to your keyboard and other real world devices). My take is that this was a terrible presentation....... I might be trying it out just out of curiosity - its free and seems interesting enough. I'll try to remember to post my thoughts here.

Yeah these companies have become far too big and monopolistic. By the very nature of social networks, with each user that join a the network increases its utility exponentially. So when you have pretty much all the users in your platform it becomes extremely dificult for others to compete as they cannot provide that immense value that has essentially been captured. Users don't have much choice either, because if they leave they lose their connections in the network. So... yeah. Something should be done, maybe through increasing the interoperability so that other providers can craft their own experiences and compete while people get greater choice without losing their connections.
