  1. John, please do your research before speaking. Cultures eating predominately dairy products and high sugar intake were predisposed to get lung cancer when smoking tobacco. Look for example at the statistics of Peruvian tobacco farmers, smoking from the age of 6 etc A clean baseline is always useful (old testament diet ?) I realise most of your audience eat processed foods so smoking is a very poor life choice in 2022
