  1. Brilliant, blame Stalin?I am no supporter of Soviet regime but using it was this bad when we took over attitude is a standard political policy. That guy died over 66yrs ago.The Lake is history. What's new,other than more planetary unsustainable developments. Now focus on aquifer supplying Nevada, Calif.etc we must be careful.
