My question is...will unplugged solar panels, modern portable digital radios, laptop computers, car electrical systems, lithium batteries with internal BMSs, LED lights, portable solar power stations, and things like that be affected if they aren`t connected to the grid or anything that can act as an antenna? I`ve seen EMP experiments where an AC inverter was easily fried but a laptop computer simply shut down, undamaged.
