White people ended slavery in the USA, but they didn`t start it, and few were involved in the business of it directly. Who brought them here? Who established legal slavery in Virginia in 1655? Who owned the big plantations? Who controlled the slave auctions and sold humans? Did you know there were thousands of black slave owners in New Orleans in 1860, just ONE CITY? Who founded that city?
